At Baby Sensations, we specialise in baby, toddler, and children's reflexology and massage. Our classes offer a unique, calm, and personal experience for both parents and little ones. Led by Sarah, a qualified reflexologist, baby massage instructor, and mother of four, you’ll feel supported in every session.
Our cosy venue, located just outside Newbury, features underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove, and scenic woodland views where you may even spot deer! We also provide a variety of hot and cold drinks, with allergy-friendly options.

Meet Sarah, Founder of Baby Sensations
Hi, I’m Sarah, the founder of Baby Sensations! With over 20 years of experience working with children and families, I’m passionate about supporting and empowering parents through reflexology and massage. I’m a qualified reflexologist, baby massage instructor, and mother of four, so I understand firsthand the challenges and joys of parenthood.
Since 2010, I’ve been running baby massage classes, and in 2015, I furthered my training by qualifying in reflexology, going on to specialise in baby, toddler, and children's reflexology. My goal is to create a safe, calming environment where families can learn hands-on techniques to improve their own and family’s well-being.
At Baby Sensations, it's not just about babies — our services are for the whole family!

To book onto a course, I will send out a link to an online and secure Google form for you to fill out. Payment is made prior to the course’s start date, via bank transfer.

I completed my Foundation Degree in Childhood Development at Reading University.
I then completed my Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, my Level 3 Diploma in Body Massage through a local training provider. After this, I learnt Baby and Toddler reflexology through Baby Reflex.
